But in all seriousness, Brett genuinely loves what he does and he shows up and locks in...
He just doesn’t love the early mornings, the alarm, or the part where his feet have to actually hit the floor.

Safe to say, the generator is looking pretty schmick now it's all stickered up and out on hire.

We traded toolboxes for camp chairs... just temporarily.

For a couple of days, we stepped away from the heavy equipment to cheer from the sideline as our young bloke represents his school in the CQ Shield.

We spend most days keeping machines in the field and production moving, but every now and then it's time to park the tools and be there for the moments that matter most.

Turns out the toolbox isn't the only thing we know how to handle.

We've been helping with a demobe, escorting machines from A to B and making sure the only thing taking the scenic route is us.

Whether it's fixing the gear or moving it, we're always happy to get stuck in.

Because machines don't relocate themselves... no matter how long you stare at them.

BnC Field Maintenance is on the hunt for a qualified diesel fitter subbie for a few rounds.

Requirements:
✔ Standard 11
✔ Coal Board Medical
✔ Trade Certificate
✔ Own ute (preferably one that won't lose half its tools on the way to site)

If your idea of a good time involves long hours, dirty hands and problem solving with a lot of banter to get you through we should probably talk.

BnC management has become aware of a growing number of people wearing our bucket hats and caps while displaying alarming levels of confidence.
Management has reviewed the evidence, and, at this stage, no corrective action will be taken. In fact, we'd like to see more of it
However, before proceeding, we thought it best to seek public feedback to determine whether this behaviour should be discouraged—or encouraged.
Keep repping BnC wherever you are, keep sending the photos through, and remember: if you're wearing a BnC hat, you're automatically 47% more photogenic. *

The question now is: should management be concerned, or should we order more hats? 🤔

Some people ignore red flags. These hydraulic hoses ignored wear marks, common sense and several opportunities to change direction.

Weekend job = hunting down leaks and giving the hoses a well-deserved retirement. The only evidence of the drama was an oil patch left behind as a reminder.

Even got a selfie of the big dog in his natural habitat-wedged into a machine, covered in oil and wondering why he didn't become an accountant.
