Airtightness starts in the details.

On our SIP panel projects, we apply SOLITEX® ADHERO VISTO membrane by to create a continuous airtight layer across the building envelope.

This self-adhesive membrane seals panel joints and critical transitions, helping control air leakage while supporting proper moisture management within the wall assembly.

The transparent membrane also allows us to visually check panel connections during installation, ensuring precision and long-term durability.

A small layer that plays a big role in achieving high-performance construction.

Meet Lee, our 4th-year apprentice at Blaise.

Born in Sydney, Lee spent part of his childhood in Europe before returning to Australia a few years ago. Since then, he’s been sharpening his skills and growing his passion for carpentry.

On site, Lee brings a great attitude, a good sense of humour, and a real drive to learn. He loves the atmosphere at Blaise, the teamwork, the laughs, and the opportunity to keep improving every day as he works toward becoming a skilled carpenter.

Outside of work, you’ll find him playing soccer, enjoying a round of golf, or relaxing at the beach ⚽🌊

We’re proud to have Lee’s energy, commitment, and positive mindset on the team.
