Meet Chris Carroll 🤝

Having joined us in 2008, Chris has helped shape Rossiter through many chapters of our growth.

As one of our Site Managers, he keeps everything running smoothly on the ground – leading with experience, commitment and a serious eye for detail.

We don’t have many photos of Chris from back in the day… mostly because he was always the one behind the camera 📸 Known as the best photographer on site, he’s captured years of builds, progress shots and team moments.

At Rossiter Constructions, our people mean everything to us – we’re more than just a team, we’re like family – and Chris is a huge part of our story.

Ibrahim Salah joined Rossiter from RMIT University as a Construction Cadet, gaining practical exposure to how commercial builds are planned, coordinated, and delivered.

Since then, Ibrahim has progressed into a Construction Graduate – continuing to build his skills and experience across live projects.

Supporting cadets is about building long-term capability, not just filling roles.
