📣 NOW HIRING – Office Administrator / Resourcer (Full-Time)
📍 Mount Waverley | Monday–Friday | On-Site | 40hrs/week
Verkan Group is a fast-growing construction resourcing company providing skilled labour to major structural projects across Australia. We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator / Resourcer to join our dynamic head office team.
📝 About the Role
This role is central to keeping our daily operations running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person for admin support, team coordination, and ensuring everything is in place to keep projects moving.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate onboarding & documentation for new staff
• Book travel & accommodation for workers
• General admin: phones, data entry, filing, scheduling
• Support HSEQ compliance admin & record keeping
• Be the first point of contact for staff queries
• Maintain office supplies, organisation & PPE logistics
• Support the daily operations of the recruitment team
✅ What You’ll Need
• 3+ years in admin roles
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
• Excellent organisation & communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence
• Reliable transport to Mount Waverley
• (Bonus) Construction industry experience
