Here’s the 6-week progress update since commencing the project.

🛠️ From scratch to roof — framing complete, trusses up, roof on, and windows installed.
The structure is fully locked in and progressing right on schedule.

• External cladding
• Rough-in stage (electrical / plumbing)
• Insulation & internal linings
• Preparing for lock-up stage completion

📏 With clear project management and tight trade coordination, the build is moving efficiently and consistently.

A vibrant new Korean-style venue inspired by Jinro Soju, Korea’s most iconic brand loved around the world.

IU (Lee Ji-eun) — one of Korea’s most celebrated singer-songwriters and actresses — has been the face of Jinro Soju for years, symbolizing purity, freshness, and warmth that align with the brand’s spirit.

In just 5 months, our team at Major Projects Management transformed this vision into reality —
while another builder spent 9 months and still hasn’t completed the frame stage.
