The primary ensuite at Ivanhoe East shows how much impact one material can have.

We used RMS Traders Tundra Blue Limestone throughout, which brings a soft blue-grey tone and just enough variation to keep things interesting without feeling busy. Everything else is kept simple so the stone can do its job. Clean lines, considered joins, and no unnecessary detail.

The natural light moves through the home in a gentle, natural way, the skillion roof gives it a recognisable form, and the clean lines bring a sense of order without feeling rigid.

It draws from mid-century modern thinking, with a level of care in how it’s built that gives it a timeless quality that doesn’t fade.

A pause at the kitchen bench before the day begins. Spaces that open up when you’re together, and ease back when you’re not. Enough room to move, without ever feeling disconnected.
