Another quality transformation completed at our Moorabbin project 🔨✨

This Hampton-style picket fence came up beautifully, featuring a custom sliding gate with a safety sensor, deluxe lock latch, and self-closing hinges on the pedestrian gate, perfect for giving the owners peace of mind while their pets safely roam free in the front yard 🐾

One of the best parts of this project was being able to reuse a large amount of the existing pickets and posts, as the original fence was only a few years old. A great way to reduce waste and keep costs down while still achieving a premium finish.

Upwey project coming together 🔨

Featuring Blackbutt shiplap cladding with a 90-minute fire rating, this build is designed to meet BAL requirements without compromising on looks. Paired with fibre cement sheeting, it’s a clean, durable combo suited to the environment.

Installed over a full cavity batten system to allow proper airflow and drainage behind the cladding a critical step in preventing moisture build-up and ensuring long-term performance of the facade.

Oversized timber fascia installed and set to be wrapped in Colorbond, with Colorbond cladding to all eaves for a low-maintenance, compliant finish that ties it all together.

Plenty of detail in this one and it’s starting to show 👌

Check out these two stunning Woodevo composite decks recently completed for at their Ivanhoe project, part of a high-end architectural home build.

With limited ground clearance, a Spantec subfloor system was carefully designed and installed to ensure durability, airflow, and long-term structural performance.

Finished with sharp breaker boards and clean fascia detailing, these decks complement the architectural intent of the home while delivering a premium, low-maintenance outdoor space.

A quality finish that ties in seamlessly with a high-spec build.

Upwey project balconies

This one’s been all about getting the structure and prep 100% right from the start.

With varying balcony widths, all structural beams were set out to ensure the cement sheet hips run true, while still achieving consistent falls across every area.

All balconies and hips have been pre-falled during framing and sheeting, removing the need for heavy screeds later on. This gives us proper drainage, a more accurate substrate, and sets everything up for the next stage.

Waterproofing is up next with the falls already established, it allows for a consistent membrane application and reliable water run off, which is critical for long term performance.

A big focus was accessibility as well. With the owner in a wheelchair, gradients, set downs and transitions have all been carefully controlled to stay compliant while still being safe and practical to use.

Tiles to follow, but the hard work is in the prep.

Check out our recent Laundry + Bathroom Renovation in Sandringham,

Complete strip out and rebuild of both spaces.

The patterned floor tiles run throughout to tie everything together, paired with full height wall tiling in the bathroom for a clean, durable finish.

Custom vanities with stone tops, matte black fixtures, and a frameless walk-in shower with a recessed niche. In-wall cisterns and flush to back toilet keep the spaces looking open and seamless,

The laundry was finished with a long bench and ample storage to keep it practical and functional.

We worked closely with Bailey and his team on this one as there was quite a few tricky and tedious tasks. .electrical

We’re excited to share our latest project in Upwey. 🔨🔨

This one was a huge transformation, with a massive 400sqm second-storey extension added to the home. Projects of this size take a lot of planning, structural work and attention to detail to make sure everything ties in properly with the existing house.

The new level creates a huge open plan living area that captures some stunning views, completely changing the feel of the home and bringing in so much natural light.

A lot of hard work has gone into this build so far and we’re proud to see it all coming together. Big projects like this are always a challenge, but the end result will completely transform the way this home is lived in.

Some stunning claddings and internal details in this one super excited to showcase this.

This Sandy ensuite bathroom renovation is a perfect example of how thoughtful design and quality craftsmanship can completely transform a space. By removing internal walls, we were able to reconfigure the layout and create an ensuite that feels open, functional and beautifully balanced.

The space is finished with stunning antique brass tapware, bringing warmth and a timeless, premium feel. A custom-built shaving cabinet provides sleek, concealed storage, while the full-length floating vanity enhances the sense of space and delivers a clean, modern aesthetic. Behind the vanity, a nib wall shelf adds both practicality and a refined architectural detail.

One of the standout features is the curved fluted shower screen, introducing softness and texture, complemented by a full-length shower niche with an led strip light that offers generous storage while maintaining clean, uninterrupted lines. Completing the design are the custom cavity sliders, seamlessly closing into tiled and plastered walls for a flawless, minimalist finish.

Etex Innova Nuline Plus Fibre Cement Weatherboard 🔨

This project involved cladding existing external brick walls using Etex Innova Nuline Plus fibre cement weatherboards, delivering a clean, modern façade with long-term durability in mind. A significant amount of planning and technical detailing went into every stage from accurate set-out, fixing points, and cavity spacing, right through to achieving perfectly straight lines and a high-quality, low-maintenance finish.

Special attention was given to the finer construction details that truly set this project apart. Flashings are neatly returned into all window openings, with crisp LOSP detailing around the window reveals. The plinth detail has been carefully designed to follow the natural fall of the driveway, ensuring a smooth, consistent transition at ground level and a refined, professional finish.

Tile to tin roof replacement completed at our Moorabbin project.
Finished in COLORBOND® Monument, this upgrade has given the home a clean, modern look while improving durability and weather protection.

The original tile roof was over 70 years old, with sagging of up to 45mm in some areas and a non compliant box gutter in the rear. The roof structure was corrected and the box gutter area was brought up to current Australian Standards, ensuring correct falls, compliant drainage and a solid long-term result.
