An exceptional residence nearing completion, of which we have had the pleasure of being involved. This project presented several complexities, which were addressed through custom transitions and metal ductwork. A Mitsubishi Electric Australia City Multi System has been installed to condition the Bedrooms, Gym, Study, and Theatre, with each room featuring its own indoor unit to enable individual control. As it's a heat recovery system, it allows for simultaneous heating and cooling. The main living areas, Pool Room, and Wine Room are served by standalone Mitsubishi Electric ducted systems. Additionally, we installed a Mitsubishi Electric Lossnay Heat Recovery System to introduce outside air and serve as the exhaust system. This system passes exhaust air through a heat exchanger to condition the incoming outside air before it enters the home. Lastly, the Pool Room is equipped with a Condair Dehumidifier.

Restoration of a Coach House in the Adelaide Hills. Building had no roof space but with the help of Mitsubishi Electric Australia VMX City Multi bulk head indoors we were able to come up with a solution. These units are compact enough to fit above wardrobes. Each has individual unit and individual temperature control.

Another stunning home by Finesse Built we have just completed. For this one we went with 3 standalone Daikin Australia systems to suit the 3 separate roof spaces. Beautifully finished off with Linear slots in the living areas. The return air for the main living area has been integrated into the joinery.

Integrated Air & Electrical completed the new RSPCA facility at O’Halloren Hill in 2024.

This project was one of the larger projects IAE has delivered and it included Mitsubishi Electric Australia heat recovery VRF air conditioning throughout the facility along with Seeley International climate wizards, Mitsubishi Electric heat recovery ventilators and advanced filtration for the vet and surgery areas.

This facility was a great effort by everyone in our team and we now maintain and manage the facility for the client too!

Another SA Ambulance station completed by Integrated Air & Electrical!

This is the eighth station that IAE has completed as part of the SA governments upgrade initiative!

On this project we completed the mechanical and electrical services scope, including installation of one of the first Mitsubishi Electric Australia hybrid VRF systems in SA.

The new hybrid VRF system eliminates refrigerant concentration issues in small spaces served by large multi head systems, as well as reducing the total refrigerant volume in the system which is better for the environment.

A recent project we completed for Natori Homes features a living area with an 11-meter flush-mounted grille. Concealed within the bulkhead are two Mitsubishi Electric Australia PEFY-P100VMA-E 11.2 kW bulkhead units. The basement is equipped with a Mitsubishi Electric PEFY-P63VMX-E 7.1 kW unit concealed within the bulkhead behind a black linear bar. All three indoor units are connected to a single PUMY-P250YBMD-A.TH 28 kW outdoor unit.

A recent project we completed for Finesse Built presented a challenge due to limited space. We collaborated with the builder to develop a solution whereby ductboard duct runs extend the length of the room. Supply and return air will be managed through the Linear Grilles, as an in-roof filter is installed at the rear of the Daikin Australia 16 kW fancoil.

A couple of snapshots of a project almost finished for Finesse Built. This project had design limitations with space for units and ducting. We overcame this using metal sleeves and custom metal ductwork which we designed and installed.
