An exceptional residence nearing completion, of which we have had the pleasure of being involved. This project presented several complexities, which were addressed through custom transitions and metal ductwork. A Mitsubishi Electric Australia City Multi System has been installed to condition the Bedrooms, Gym, Study, and Theatre, with each room featuring its own indoor unit to enable individual control. As it's a heat recovery system, it allows for simultaneous heating and cooling. The main living areas, Pool Room, and Wine Room are served by standalone Mitsubishi Electric ducted systems. Additionally, we installed a Mitsubishi Electric Lossnay Heat Recovery System to introduce outside air and serve as the exhaust system. This system passes exhaust air through a heat exchanger to condition the incoming outside air before it enters the home. Lastly, the Pool Room is equipped with a Condair Dehumidifier.
