PROJECT COMPLETE | MORISSET 🏗️

Welcome to 49 Accolade Avenue, Morisset — a recently completed industrial development delivered for Stewart & Lee Kenworthy.

Set across a 5,500sqm site, the development comprises 10 large industrial units ranging from 240sqm to 350sqm, with four units featuring additional 100sqm mezzanines. Each tenancy also includes an accessible bathroom and shower.

Delivered on time and within budget, the project was designed to provide flexible, functional industrial spaces suited to a range of businesses and long-term operational needs.

PROJECT COMPLETE | RATHMINES 🏗️

Completed in August 2025, this project at 3 Immarna Close, Rathmines involved the full design, approval, detailing, fabrication and construction of 13 reinforced concrete tilt panel industrial units, with a combined build size of 1,492sqm.

Delivered from concept through to completion, this multi-unit industrial development showcases our ability to deliver efficient, high-quality projects with a strong focus on functionality, durability and long-term performance. 🔩
