Ryley’s hard work and determination have become the engines of his success. After graduating from the Ladder program, he began working for a local mechanic. “Ryley came through the front door asking for a job which is the best way to do it. Ryley is a good kid who wants to work so we are happy to give him a go and offer an apprenticeship.” said WRW Mechanical repairs owner Warren.
