Removed an old evaporative unit & put in a new 12.5kw Premium Daikin reverse cycle inverter with new modern round outlets 👌 Will be a nice to have some heating over winter.

We have just had a nice warm summer & I’m sure your AC’s have had a great work out. This one certainly has. These tenants were wondering why the unit wasn’t quite cooling as well as normal. This is why. The filters were chockablock not allowing any air to get through.

This puts strain on the unit as well as pushing the dust & dirt through causing serious issues.

If you haven’t already done so, give them a clean or book us in for a service today.
