At Remo Contractors, we offer civil construction, concrete, and transport services to local councils, tier one firms, and builders. We pride ourselves on fostering a rewarding and positive work environment with a strong focus on culture.

What You'll Do:
• Lead and collaborate with a team including civil plant operators, tradespeople, and labourer’s.
• Conduct daily hazard risk assessments and toolbox briefings.
• Work closely with the project management team on service targets and reporting.
• Coordinate day-to-day civil construction activities.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in a supervisory role within civil construction and concrete works.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in managing subcontractors and coordinating resources.
• Ability to lead high-performance teams and manage time effectively.
