🚧 SAFE WORK MONTH: HAVE YOU CHECKED YOUR FORKLIFT TODAY?

Before you lift, load or move, take a few minutes to complete your daily forklift pre-start inspection.

A simple check can help identify potential hazards before they become bigger problems.

Check tyres, wheels and forks for visible damage.

Test brakes, steering and operating controls.

Inspect the mast, hydraulics and hoses for damage or leaks.

Check lights, horn, reversing alarm and other safety features.

Ensure the seatbelt or operator restraint is in good condition.

Check the battery or fuel levels, and look over the overall condition of the machine.

If something isn't right, report it. Don't operate a forklift that is unsafe.

This Safe Work Month, make pre-start checks a non-negotiable part of every shift. A safer workplace starts before the engine does.
