Unfortunately most clients are losing their skill base, either through retiring employees, change of positions or simply people are moving on.
Well I am excited to tell you that there will be a whole section on my new website dedicated purely to a service that most specialists at this level for obvious reasons just won't offer.
I will teach your personnel, both Maintainance and operators from fault finding, dismantling, reporting specialised repairs and where possible efficiency increases, rebuild, reports to full ISO standard, installation, commissioning and operation and what's more, I can even write a full detailed procedure for all of the above and complete with full 3D drawings for your inspection dimensional info etc. I will offer a training course in my own facility with both theory and hands on, or I will come to you and design a bespoke package for you personal requirements.
It's no joke, I want to pass on the knowledge I have learned over these past 30 years at the highest level of high energy centrifugal pump deign and repairs.... WHY? .... Well I promise there's no hidden agenda it's simply because it's your choice if you use a repair shop or if you chose to do the repairs yourself. Either way I gain job satisfaction.
I'll even manufacture your parts, and usually to a higher spec than the original parts because of course OEMs don't want the parts to last.
