As I wrap up my term as President and Social Media Manager, I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved this year.
From workshops, industry nights, field trips, collaborations, and consistent outreach — this year was filled with learning, growth, and meaningful connections.

What makes this journey special is the 100% exponential growth we witnessed, not just in numbers, but in engagement, participation, and impact. Our core goal was simple but important: to bring more information, opportunities, and visibility to undergrads and students of different universities in WA and encourage wider engagement within the geology community, and I’m happy to say we succeeded.

This role was challenging, demanding, and often behind the scenes, but it was also deeply rewarding. I’m extremely grateful to my committee ( , , , .gabriel , , Lauri Virnes and Steve Garwin) for their unwavering support, dedication, and belief in the vision. None of this would have been possible without you.

I now pass the baton to a passionate, enthusiastic new team, and I’m excited to see them take this chapter even further. I step away feeling truly content, grateful, and proud of what we built together.

Thank you to everyone who supported, attended, collaborated, and believed in us. The future is in great hands. 🤍✨
