Three things to ask about for before you sign 👇

This one is especially important for first home buyers who are new to the process.

My biggest piece of advice is sort out the block and the floor plan together, not one and then the other. Plenty of people buy a block first, then find the home they had in mind doesn't really sit on it, and fixing that costs more than the block saved them.

Bifold doors also link the kitchen, dining and alfresco space more smoothly.

Locking in your price shouldn't be complicated, so here's exactly how ours works.

The day you secure your block, your build price is held for 12 months. That gives you real breathing room while finance, design and approvals come together.

And once we hit slab, we're just as serious about timelines. 12 months or less from slab to key handover on our brick frame builds, 9 months on fully framed builds.
