Just finished a three week shutdown in the Pilbara for a valued client. The boys are doing so well and continue to learn quickly. It was Jake’s first time on Site and also completed a week of Nightshift. Both boys continue to make me proud and they are really coming along as Rubber liners.

Gave the boys the task of Tiling this 750NB spool in 13mm and tapered to 6mm at the valve end. I’m very proud of the professionalism and attitude to the quality that they both displayed. This spool looks great Kaiden and Jake and thanks for your efforts and willingness to learn and improve your skills. Special mention to Jax my support pup for supervising.

Quick update on what has been going on with the company. Just started coordinating the shutdowns for an important Client in the Pilbara and just completed another successful shut.
The company has been slow in the workshop but I’ve found a new Client that hopefully will bring in plenty of business.
My two boys continue to learn and the future looks bright for them both in the industry. I’m very proud of both of their work ethics and attitudes. Jake will be old enough to join kaids and myself on site after march and I am excited for him. I have just purchased a sandblast pot and look forward to getting it all set up to do mobile blasting. So far we are booked for site work up until mid April. Here is a few snapshots of work we have been doing since the last time I have posted.

Today Mel and I had the privilege to Support Jarred at the Adelaide Supercars with Road to connections.
Seeing the smiles on the these amazing young adults is so bloody rewarding and we all had a great day.

Halloween at the workshop today. Had a fantastic day thanks to Roads to connections for throwing a mad party and all the costumes and games were fantastic.
