Simple rooflines = simpler construction 🏡

When we talk about keeping design efficient, the roof is one of the biggest cost drivers 💸

A simpler roofline usually means:
• Fewer changes in direction
• Minimal hips and valleys
• One consistent pitch
• A clean, rectangular footprint
