Laundry renovation to suit any budget.

More than just a refresh — this transformation was all about smart use of space. We added an additional toilet to the home and relocated the hot water system outside, creating a much more functional and spacious laundry.

Another before-and-after transformation from our Amira Drive renovation. Demolished, redesigned, and built by our team from start to finish.

The original deck was small, unsafe, not weatherproof, and offered no privacy—making it virtually unusable for the clients.

We completely reimagined the space by:

✔️Adding a roof for all-year-round use
✔️Creating a spacious alfresco area
✔️Relocating the staircase for improved flow
✔️Installing a sleek outdoor kitchenette
✔️Incorporating privacy features for comfort and functionality
✔️Installation of outdoor power, fan and lighting

We also built a large storage area underneath the new deck to maximise functionality.

A great before and after here. We opened up this space by removing the internal hallway walls, creating a brighter, more spacious living area with more natural lighting. The transformation was topped off with the installation of new flooring by us and LED lighting by AMD Energy, which ultimately elevates the feel of the home.
