About the Role

Air Right Air & Electrical Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Tradesman to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.

This role involves installation, servicing, and maintenance of air conditioning systems, along with electrical works across residential, commercial, and high-end custom home projects.

Key Responsibilities

Air conditioning installation, servicing, and fault-finding

Refrigeration maintenance and repairs

Diagnosing and resolving technical issues

Ensuring compliance with WHS regulations

Delivering professional, customer-focused service

Working independently and within a team environment

About You

You will be:

A qualified and experienced Air Conditioning Tradesman

Reliable, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong in communication and problem-solving

Safety-focused with strong attention to detail

Professional, presentable, and customer-oriented

Able to take initiative and pride in high-quality workmanship

Essential Requirements:

Trade qualification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.

Valid ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence

Current Australian Driver’s Licence

White Card (Construction Induction Safety Certificate)

Ability to work unsupervised
