Weekly Progress 🏡🔨

Plenty happening across our sites this week.

At our Essendon new build, the top-storey cladding is going on and the exterior is really starting to take shape.

Over at the Retirement Village, windows are in and roof tiles are on for the first build in the next stage. Great work once again Midland Roofing Co. Inc. Another milestone as these homes continue to progress.

A good week on site and plenty more to come. 👏

Insulation might eventually be hidden behind plaster, but it plays a huge role in how a home feels and performs every day.

Good insulation helps regulate temperature, improves energy efficiency and creates a more comfortable home year round. It’s one of those stages where getting the details right now makes a difference long after the walls are closed up.

And it’s also a great milestone on site. Insulation in, plaster delivered and we’re almost ready to close up the walls.

Another step closer to this house feeling like a home. 🔨
