Utilising and filling all vehicles available 😂

The Ute was filled with not only our rubbish, but we offered to take all the cardboard boxes from a customers home as they could not easily take to the dump.
This was to help them as they are expecting a new baby and setting up the nursery ❤️

A few quick tips!

Common fault that is costly $$$

Got a ducted system to control your whole property?

We find customers running their 12-18kw ducted systems to control only 1 or 2 bedrooms.

The AC unit should always have constant/spill vent/zone engagaged ie living or kitchen area while these bedrooms are on. The reasons for this are as follows:

Often the sensor for the ac is near the common areas and the outdoor unit can adjust to the desired temperature

You are running a big outdoor unit for only 1 or 2 rooms and the return air is not picking up any conditioned air flow, causing issues to the gas temperature and compressor performance

If the system is controlled with Individual sensors, a spill zone is vital. If the majority of zones shut and there is a restriction of airflow, with a potential blocked filter. This can cause the indoor unit to ice up and cause water to flick over the fan motor or internal electrical compartment, leading to electrical boards and motors to potentially fail.

Also remember if you’re not using the AC unit over the winter period.
isolate at the main switch and energise 24hrs before use

If you are using your AC system.
If safe, install moth balls around the outdoor unit to deter geckos - geckos seek the warmth of the electrical boards through the winter months and can be costly. No warranty under any brands covers gecko/vermin damage.

Between April and September is the best time to have your AC unit serviced and checked over to prevent breakdowns during the next summer season ☀️ we see a lot of customers having to wait long periods during summer to have their AC repaired when the issue could have been prevented prior to the hot busy season 🔧
