The devil is in the details 😏 Let’s talk:

☑️ Mitred Edges
 ☑️ Preservation of Natural Form

These beautiful travertine-look tiles were selected from for a recent project.

To preserve the natural voids and organic texture throughout each tile, every piece was meticulously taped during installation to ensure no grout filled the tiny crevices and natural detailing.

We paired this detailing with mitred edges — where tiles are cut at precise angles to create seamless stone-wrapped corners. It’s a far more intricate and labour-intensive installation process, but the result is a refined, high-end finish that completely elevates the overall bathroom design.

Takes longer ✔️ More expensive ✔️ Painstaking for our tilers 😅 ✔️

But undeniably worth it for that final result 🙌

It was a pleasure working with Celine, the interior designer behind our recent Carrara project.

Celine was every bit professional, providing detailed plans and ensuring all selections were finalised with the client prior to commencement. This level of preparation allowed for a seamless build process and a beautifully executed result.
