To date, we have completed a massive 500,000m3 of earthworks as we approach our first pad handover milestone!

PROJECT COMPLETION

AWJ have successfully completed construction of an industrial warehouse facility for , located within .group’s Oakdale estate.

AWJ’s works included earthworks, stormwater & light / heavy duty pavements.

Earthworks with a view! AWJ have been engaged by ESR to complete the final stages of their Bringelly Road Business Hub development located on Skyline Crescent, Horningsea Park.

We understand why its named in Skyline Crescent, look at that view.

AWJ are happy to announce the commencement of The YARDS, Kemps Creek for JV client, Frasers Property Industrial & Altis Property Partners.

The huge 100Ha industrial subdivision site will require 2 million m3 of earthworks with a massive 1.8 million m3 of imported fill!

Further to earthworks, the project will also consist of the construction of 32,000m2 of road pavements including co-ordination & installation of lead in service infrastructure, 6km of stormwater pipe installation & 3,600m2 of retaining wall construction.

New Project Commencement!

AWJ has started 2021 in a big way with the commencement of some exciting new projects!

We have kicked off civil works for large new industrial facility for clients & Goodman.

The project, located within Goodman’s Oakdale West Industrial estate, will involve the construction of a 65,000m2 warehouse facility on a 19Ha site.

AWJ works include 2.6km of stormwater pipe installation, construction of 115,000m2 of handstand & carpark pavements & installation of over 100,000t of pavement materials.

Project update - Horsley Drive Business Park - Stage 2

Works progressing well on our HDBP Stage 2 industrial subdivision project for clients Charter Hall & .

Earthworks are approaching completion, 130,000m2 of lime stabilisation completed & commencement of stabilised roadbase installation to the warehouse pad.
