We’re thrilled to announce the successful completion of our projects at 17 and 19 Avoca Street, South Yarra.

Watching residents move in and hearing their glowing feedback on the quality, finishes and handover experience has been incredibly rewarding.

Exciting progress at 33 Queens Parade, Clifton Hill.

Since the year kicked off, demolition has wrapped up, marking a fresh chapter. Basement Retention is at 60% complete and the Tower Crane base footing has been poured.

We’re now preparing for the next milestone, erecting the tower crane next week. Stay tuned for more updates as the project team continue to power along.

We were pleased to be part of the Construction Students Association (University of Melbourne) Industry Night 2026 last week. It was a great opportunity to connect with students, share insights into the construction industry, and talk openly about early‑career pathways at Henny.

A big thank you to Belinda Phillips (Project Manager) and Maks Nosiara (Graduate Project Coordinator) for representing Henny so thoughtfully and taking the time to speak with students about their experiences and career opportunities with us. We always value the chance to engage with the next generation of construction professionals.

Meet Maks 👋

He joined Henny in early 2024 during his third year at the University of Melbourne and quickly became an integral part of our Pre‑Construction Team.

After graduating in late 2025, he stepped into his role as Graduate Project Coordinator and is now helping bring our new student accommodation project in Carlton to life.

We’re so proud to have him as Henny’s first graduate and can’t wait to see what he achieves next.

Reflecting on and Celebrating a Big Year at Henny

2025 has been a standout year for our team, from securing our Safety, Environment & Quality ISO Accreditation to proudly accepting the Master Builders Excellence Award for Medium Rise Apartments.

We’ve bolstered our leadership with Seamus Egan coming on board as General Manager, bringing a wealth of Tier 1 and Tier 2 experience to steer our growth.

We’ve delivered 2 major projects this year, St John’s Rise Mooroolbark Retirement Community Stage 2 and Avoca, South Yarra Luxury Apartments – and we kicked off 5 exciting new projects across Melbourne.

We are ready for what 2026 will bring as we take on new sectors and continue to collaborate and work alongside our industry’s best.

Wishing everyone a well-deserved break over the festive season, our teams will be back on deck from Monday, 5 January.
