The space has been transformed with a reconfigured open plan, new meeting rooms, management offices, and a welcoming reception. Thoughtfully selected finishes tie everything together, delivering a cohesive and professional environment that reflects Erilyan’s brand and culture.

We are delighted with the completion of Avant Dental and Salt interiors working alongside Erilyan. The scope of works included complete external and internal refurbishment.

The interior fitout of the building features a state-of-the-art Dental Lab upstairs including function rooms, lift access, offices, and social spaces with a separate business, a Joinery Workshop, downstairs. The fitout celebrates warm materiality, texture and natural light by exposing existing trusses and services which pay homage to this building’s industrial context.

The buildings skin features a new glazed fritted façade and entry awning, future proofing a modern expression to the gentrification of the street and area.

Australian Hotelier magazine has published a wonderful article ‘Where the Country Meets the Suburbs’ in their October issue. Featuring the recently opened, Team2 designed Plough & Ale Tavern, a modern pub situated in Calderwood, New South Wales which has been developed after Laundy Hotels had a vision for a new neighbourhood venue in the Shellharbour region. The pub is the second completed project for Laundy Hotels by Team2 Architects with FDC Building, following the successful opening of The Log Cabin on the banks of The Nepean River in Penrith.

St Leonards based practice Team2 Architects have created a stunning new home for themselves including 400m2 of studio space with a large lounge and kitchen, two beautifully appointed meeting rooms, a materials library and self-contained bathrooms.

A north facing balcony runs the full length of the studio filling the space with natural light, enhanced by fully-automated circadian rhythm LED lighting. A lightwell to the rear of the space supplies natural light and the opportunity to allow natural cross ventilation throughout the studio.

Light oak timber engineered flooring runs through the entire studio and further accents of timber are found in the joinery, ceiling, furniture, sills and picture frames all adding to the aesthetic, creating a calming and tranquil ambience.

Complementing the timber are neutral off-white tones in the workstations, walls, blinds and sheers combined with refined brushed brass details gives a subtle sophistication to the studio and an underlying quality throughout.
