My forge welding needs a bit of practise but it was a great first attempt. This hitch and two more will now be located on historical sites in town, proudly made in Stroud using traditional techniques 😍🔥

Most of us here in Stroud have walked past the timber sheds down behind the courthouse just near the men's shed but not many have seen or know of the hidden treasures inside. While the historical society has done amazing work to keep the Courthouse and Quambi House open to the public, it takes a lot of amazing volunteers and these sheds have been left a little behind so I'm not only focused on the forge but also want to help restore and protect some of the amazing tools and other historical artefacts stored here for the public to enjoy.
