WE’RE HIRING – TEAM LEADER (Retaining Walls)

We build quality retaining walls.
No shortcuts. No excuses. Just solid work.

We’re looking for a mature, experienced operator to step into a Team Leader role working alongside apprentices and helping drive daily production targets.

What you need:

• MR Manual licence (must be confident driving trucks)
• Light excavator experience
• White Card
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Good driving record
• Ability to lead apprentices and keep jobs moving
• Mature attitude & reliable work ethic

Your role:

• Lead a small crew on-site, verbally and physically
• Work with apprentices and hit daily goals
• Keep standards high
• Make smart decisions when problems arise
• Represent the business professionally

We don’t expect you to know our systems — we’ll train you in our procedures.
We do expect you to take pride in your work.

We are slack on socials, so as a Christmas gift we thought we would flood your feeds with some examples of the work we have been completing that keeps us off our devices!! The screw piling contractor couldn’t reach minimum depth so here we are onsite drilling 300mm diameter holes to a depth of 4.5m through fill and natural rock to achieve the required bearing capacity for this doubles story’s footing system. A client approached us with a problem. There build had begun and the only backyard access was restricted by a nasty 45 degree batter left by the site cutters. This job required a staged RW install to protect the footings of the neighbouring retaining wall and to really make this job that much tricker the footings were all completely drilled into solid rock. The process to achieve this result was tedious. But the result speaks for itself. A structural wall installed with drainage and structural backfill to create safe access and prevent the neighbouring wall from failure. THE BIG ONE this job which was designed by a collaboration between myself and the well informed client. We installed approximately 400 concrete sleepers with a maximum height of 3.0m.
