Meet Michael our General Manager - Michael has dedicated his career to the heavy engineering industry, bringing over 20 years of hands-on experience across diverse sectors including mining, petrochemical, medical, and port services. Since joining MELFAB Engineering in 2018, he has continued to build on his extensive expertise, contributing significantly over the past 7 years. A qualified Fitter and Turner with strong heavy fabrication skills, Michael has spent much of his career on the workshop floor. This practical experience has given him a deep understanding of materials and fabrication techniques, enabling him to deliver work that meets both efficiency and precision standards. His first-hand knowledge of the trade allows him to approach projects with a solutions-driven mindset, ensuring tasks are completed to exact specifications.
