The CFS team has recently finished work on the City Kitchen facility in Arndell Park, NSW for Total Construction. We supplied and installed approximately 600m2 of Mondoclad in Silver Metallic for the awning fascias and soffits, as well as 160m2 of perforated, powder-coated screens.

RECLAD PROJECT COMPLETED

We have completed the reclad of SCEGGS (Sydney Church of England Girls Grammar School) in Darlinghurst, NSW. We were brought on by Grindley Interiors to reclad the buildings with approximately 1800m2 of Mondoclad in Anthrazit Grey and Cherry Wood. The CFS Team provided a full service with the supply of replacement cladding material and fabrication and installion of the panels.

PROJECT COMPLETED

We recently completed the Sensational Smiles Dental building on behalf of the Queensland-based RiteSpace who specialise in the construction of dental surgeries.

The CFS Team installed Genesis Raw in Graphite, Limestone and Midnight finishes as well as James Hardie Axion 400 and Knotwood KEC150L boards in Light Oak.

🏗️ Throwback Thursday when we completed the challenge of recladding this Mascot apartment block – a residential apartment building in Sydney’s Inner-South.

Each reclad project is unique and the Mascot Apartment Block rectification was no different.

We tackled challenges of accessibility by developing and executing a customised access plan that comprised the use of EWP (Elevating Work Platform), swing stage, rope access and mobile scaffolds. We also worked with leading aluminium facade panel manufacturer, Aodeli, and used their SAP as the replacement cladding.

This goes to show that CFS goes beyond simply being on time and on budget. We are 100% committed to identifying and then managing any risks before they turn into costly problems. It is our innate ability to stay one step ahead of the rest that sets us apart.

One of two Lexus Sydney showrooms completed last year, this Sydney City dealership sits proudly on the corner of Ross St and Parramatta Road in the bustling inner-city suburb of Glebe.

Along with the sister property in Waterloo, these showrooms are a perfect display of commercial branding which we were pleased to be able to work on.

Our team recently completed the facade installation at the Alexandria Fire Station for Evolve Constructions.

The project required Vitradual 3mm aluminium plate in Monument Grey and Silver Metallic Vitradual, as well as additional 3mm aluminium panels powder-coated in the iconic Fire Engine Red.

With our expertise in fabricating custom curved panels, our team were able to achieve the unique eyebrow detail around the building, columns and wall lining.

The client and our team are thrilled with the result and if we do say so ourselves, it looks pretty great!

Throwback Thursday to the Holmes Building at UNSW, Broadway NSW.

One of Australia's leading research and teaching universities, the Holmes Building project saw our team first providing fabrication services followed by the installation of two Fairview products - Vitrabond FR and Vitracore G2.
