𝗕𝗼𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 - cutting, shaping and welding the structures and components that hold up under pressure
𝗠𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 - assembling and maintaining the equipment our customers depend on every day
𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 - surface treatment that protects components from wear, corrosion and the elements

Recognising Our Elevate Apprentice of the Quarter Winners

The Elevate Apprentice of the Quarter Award recognises apprentices who demonstrate commitment to their trade, safety, their studies, and consistently delivering high-quality work.

This quarter, the standard across our apprentice cohort was exceptionally high. The nominations were so strong that we recognised two winners to reflect the level of talent developing across the Questas Group.

Chloe Van Heck (Swanson Industries Australia Lambton) has been recognised for her outstanding performance, strong technical capability, and commitment to producing high-quality work. As a second-year apprentice, she continues to exceed expectations and contributes positively to her team.

Rhys Smith (Berendsen Fluid Power Perth) has demonstrated strong growth, stepping up with increased responsibility and showing emerging leadership capability. He is a reliable team member who consistently supports those around him.

Both Chloe and Rhys represent the standard of commitment and capability the Elevate Apprenticeship Program is designed to develop.

The Elevate Apprenticeship Program combines structured learning, on-the-job experience, and mentoring to support apprentices in building strong, practical careers in the trade.
