Another fun job for LEGION at the Woodchix Foundation. Installation of two solar powered ventilation systems for the container storage unit. This will decrease heat and humidity inside for any person entering on those sun filled days.

LEGION was called out to inspect a noisy outdoor fan on an Acton ducted system. When parts of a system are replaced, it’s common place to ensure they are the same brand, and not aftermarket. The fan was 3 times larger than required, and wired incorrectly. Every client should have the right work done to the highest standard, and LEGION has made sure this issue was rectified correctly and efficiently.

Old Mitsubishi decommission and replacement with a Daikin 2.5kw for the main bedroom. Complete with adjustable anti-vibration feet and new isolation switch. LEGION had the pleasure today of installing some new solar security lights at Woodchix Foundation in Emu Plains. This provides great lighting for the car park, entry, toilet block, and also in the storage container, ensuring a safer area for all who visit.

Woodchix Foundation Ltd is a charitable organisation dedicated to alleviating social isolation and supporting mental health among women from diverse backgrounds.
They provide a welcoming educational space where women can learn woodwork and joinery skills, encouraging personal growth, confidence, and connection.

LEGION support every aspect in what Woodchix strive to achieve for the women in the community, and will always do our best to make sure their space is safe, well lit, and easily accessible at night.

LEGION have been very busy with a huge underfloor ducted system. 5 zones, 11 outlets, custom size return and grill. Brushed gold was the choice of floor outlet colour, and they have come out incredible! With wifi capability for out of home use, this Daikin ducted system has the whole house comfortable in minutes! Floors yet to have carpet and raised floors in the living room, but to keep the fur babies out, grills are installed and easily removable, making cleaning even easier when it comes to maintenace of the system. LEGION are beyond proud of the efforts and outcome of this job!

Decommissioning and removal of an old split system is even more rewarding when it’s replaced with a brand spanking new unit. This old one had seen its day, and with a new 3.5kw daikin Cora unit, this client will be sure to be warm and cozy this winter!
