Now this is a smart use of space.

At our Neutral Bay renovation, the combined living and dining area needed a practical and considered design to make the most of the available floorspace.

The integrated bench seat in the dining space, was a smart design feature by that we were able to bring to life.

Turramurra | Project Update

We're at stage two of the extension at the rear of the property.

Footings have been dug out, piers have been drilled, reo cages are in place, and we had a successful pour with Northside Concreting.

Most importantly, we had our certifier, engineer and geotechnician on-site to confirm it's structurally sound.

A unique feature in the main bathroom at Neutral Bay is the seamless transition between finishes.

The shower tiles sit flush with the adjacent plasterboard wall, achieved by taking the extra step to recess the tiling and waterproofing for a clean, seamless finish.

This refined detailing allows the Arabescato Corchia stone and brass hardware to take centre stage as the hero features of the space.

Turramurra | Project Update

We're currently working through the demolition stage, having excavated the rear of the home. The rear wall is also being removed as we prepare to pour new footings and begin the rear extension.

From here, our focus will move to the internal demolition, including the removal of internal walls and sections of the existing roof to make way for the second-storey addition.
