We wanted to bring something different to the Shire, and Casa Kiora was our opportunity to do exactly that.

Working alongside Sydney Carpentry GROUP, we made changes to the original plans, introduced more curves, and refined the layout to give the home its own Mediterranean character.

What you see today is the result of plenty of decisions made along the way. Some details needed rethinking, others took weeks to work out, but we took the time to make sure they were done properly.

We're proud of how far we pushed this project, not just in how it looks, but in how every space has been brought together for the people who will call it home.

After months of sharing the progress, it's time to take you through the finished home.

Inspired by the Mediterranean, the sweeping arches, natural stone, and custom joinery are impressive on their own, but what makes this build special is how those details continue through every space, right down to the laundry and mudroom.

From the grand living areas to the curved skylights bringing in natural light, there's plenty to take in. We're excited to finally share the finished result.

What looks like timber display shelving at Casa Kiora has a little surprise behind it.

We've incorporated concealed storage into the design, giving the homeowners extra space without adding visible cupboard doors or taking away from the finished look.

Natural stone is a beautiful finish, but it also needs the right protection.

At Casa Kiora, the natural tiles throughout the bathrooms have been sealed to help protect the grout lines, reduce maintenance and make everyday cleaning easier.

As more of Casa Kiora comes together, it's becoming easier to appreciate the scale of the project from the street.

The driveway, pathways and surrounding external spaces are helping define the overall presentation of the home, while setting the foundation for the finishes still to come.

With every stage completed, you can start to see how all of the details are working together across the project.
