Today we remember our dear friend, mentor, and true legend of the concrete pumping industry, Ronald "The Big German" Muller.
26/11/1948 – 31/05/2026
Ronnie's passion for the industry was unmatched, and anyone who knew him knew his love for Schwing concrete pumps. He was especially passionate about pumping high-rise buildings, always taking pride in the challenges, the engineering, and the achievements that came with pushing concrete to new heights.
More importantly, Ronnie was someone who always had time to share his knowledge, lend a hand, and support those around him. His guidance, friendship, and generosity left a lasting impact on so many of us.
In tribute to Ronnie, we raise our booms high—just the way he'd appreciate it. These photos are a small gesture of respect for a man who dedicated so much to the industry and the people within it.
Thank you, Ronnie, for the lessons, the laughs, the mentorship, and the memories. Your legacy will live on through the countless people you inspired, the friendships you built, and the projects that stand as a testament to your passion and dedication.
You will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

Good to get the first pour-through happening at our Forster project with our Schwing SPB35.

We had a few challenges along the way, including a late design change that meant we needed a different approach on site. Working with the engineers, we came up with the Freestanding Counterweight Ballast Frame solution to keep things moving safely and efficiently.
Credit to the whole team for getting it sorted and making it happen.

Quick one we’ve been too busy to post because we’ve been out getting it done ✅
HVCPS took on dual concrete drifts for an underground coal mine, and to be honest… this isn’t work for everyone. 1550m of line, 120m³ a day — most wouldn’t even want to look at it.
We brought the firepower with the Putzmeister BSF 2110 Moli and Putzmeister 2109 Trailer Pump and pushed it through without blinking.

🫱🏻‍🫲🏼 Project Completion Announcement 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼
HVCPS are proud to announce the successful completion of works at Sydney Metro Pyrmont East.
This project saw an impressive 650m line push, powered by 2 × Putzmeister 2110 trailer pumps, delivering pours of up to 1,400m³ with precision and consistency.
The team tackled every challenge head-on, maintaining a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and program timelines and delivered outstanding results.
A huge credit to everyone involved in getting this one over the line. Another quality project completed! 👏

Now to reward the team and enjoy a well deserved site wide lunch provided by 2 Smokin Arabs.

Headstock pour completed for the JHGJV on the M12RT project, delivered using a 2110 Putzmeister Moli.
Our setup included 265m of static line installed on Bailey Bridges spanning the Hunter River, feeding into our barge mounted placing boom.
