Reid Electrical and Solar is seeking a reliable, experienced Solar Labourer to join our installation crew. We deliver quality residential and commercial solar installs and need someone confident on the tools and comfortable on roofs.

⚡ About the Role
You’ll work alongside licensed electricians and installers on solar system installations. This is a hands-on, physical role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors and at heights.

🔧 Key Duties
• Assisting with solar panel installations ☀️
• Carrying and positioning panels and mounting equipment
• Installing racking systems
• Roof work (tile, tin & pitched roofs)
• Running conduit and assisting with cable management
• General site clean-up and tool handling

✅ What We’re Looking For
• Previous solar installation experience (essential)
• Comfortable working at heights
• Physically fit and reliable 👷‍♂️
• White Card (required)
• Working at Heights ticket (highly regarded)
• Experience with hand & power tools
• Driver’s licence and reliable transport 🚗
• Strong work ethic and good attitude
