Sorted another stormwater issue the right way 💧

All downpipes tied in and run underground with 100mm PVC straight out to the curb adapter — no more water sitting around the house

Backfilled trenches with clay breaker to keep everything draining properly, then top-dressed with loam to bring the grass back to life.

Less than a week later, and the grass is already bouncing back — clean finish and no mess left behind.

Been flat out on a few projects lately, finally got a spell from the rain! 🌧

Just wrapped up a large laydown pad for the Hitachi machinery yard

Cut out 100mm and imported CBR45 recycled concrete from JGI Townsville.
Leveled, trimmed and compacted to create a much more usable and durable space

Massive thanks to Luke from Kraken Earthworks for jumping in and giving us a hand on this one

💧 Stormwater Drainage Upgrade – Townsville 💧

Another blocked and rusted stormwater line has been sorted! We excavated and removed the old, severely corroded stormwater pipes that were causing ongoing drainage issues and water buildup. These were replaced with new twin 100mm PVC stormwater lines, trenched neatly to the kerb and reinstated to ensure reliable, long-term drainage away from the property.

8T of material went into this ramp, approx 125mm thick.
