We recently purchased a new homeAnd did not do our due diligence on the central heating and cooling system. When we turned the aircon on, the noise was similar to a helicopter taking off. Fearing the worst, we called Wade and he immediately sent his team over to assess the unit. The original diagnosis was not good, and we were looking at a very expensive repair or worst case, a new unit. Wade then assessed the options and did further diagnostic testing and it the end found that the unit simply required an adjustment to the main fan, and a $700 repair rather than an expensive repair or new unit ($12k). We are so grateful for the honesty, and professionalism shown, that we wholeheartedly recommend Wade and his team.
