The Huck Aero Bolt ⚙️

These are used extensively in the aviation industry for a reason.

What you see here are locking ribs, not traditional threads. Once riveted, these ribs hold incredibly strong, providing a bonded-like finish with zero movement.

Using these on our tray beds completely eliminates the risk of warping and distortion caused by welding heat. Because they are engineered to handle extreme vibrations, they transition perfectly to harsh corrugated roads and heavy-duty working conditions.

As you can see, they seat perfectly into countersunk holes for a completely flush finish upon powdercoating.

The Superduty provides a brilliant platform, and this one is currently undergoing a scan to ensure a precise fit for the incoming tray and canopy package.

For 4WD touring or trade applications, space optimisation is everything.

We've integrated air and water into the tray layout, housing the compressor and receiver tank inside a sealed side compartment for easy access and continuous flow, complete with central locking for security.

This plumbs into the 80L underbody tank with stainless steel filling and switch activation.

5005 grade alloy plate is a great medium when it comes to fabrication.
This material bends beautifully without cracking, meaning we can achieve incredibly crisp, strong folds that take to powder coating exceptionally well.

At 5mm thick, the sheer structural muscle provides an unbreakable base. We finish ours off with Raptor USA Bed Liner & Protective Coating to ensure your tray will take on absolutely anything you throw at it, as long as it's not a forklift operator with ill intentions.

Tray design - The difference between a factory blueprint and real-world reality.

Most manufacturers do provide official Body Builder Guides containing detailed 2D schematics, nominal dimensions, and chassis mounting coordinates.

Knowing this, we utilise our own 3D scanning technology to allow for any manufacturing tolerances, any added aftermarket accessories, bigger tyres, etc.

This also allows greater accuracy when it comes to navigating curves and lines in the body, plus lines and looms that may not be so obvious from a 2D schematic.

This tech works harmoniously with CAD during the design process, streamlining the prototype stages when it comes to custom, personalised designs.
