ADBLUE (SCR) REMOVAL
Does my vehicle use it?

SCR technology with AdBlue is becoming more and more common, but isn’t fitted to every diesel car yet, but we’re expecting to see more and more in the coming years. The newer your vehicle, the more likely it is that it uses the AdBlue system to reduce its emissions. Many people are unaware the system is installed until a warning message appears on the dashboard announcing the AdBlue tank needs replenishing.

If you’re in doubt as to the presence of an SCR system that requires AdBlue, the owners handbook for your vehicle will help. You can check it for the location of the AdBlue filler cap, if one isn’t listed, it can be assumed that SCR was never fitted to your vehicle. If it does provide a location for the AdBlue filler, check that location on your vehicle for its presence. Where fitted, it’s commonly beside the fuel filler.

AdBlue is a chemical liquid used in Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) on diesel vehicles in order to reduce NOx levels. The AdBlue fluid (urea and demineralized water) is injected into the exhaust system just before the SCR catalyst. The introduction of AdBlue into the exhaust gasses generates a chemical reaction inside the SCR Cat which results in NOx being converted into Nitrogen and Water V***r.

AdBlue was introduced by vehicle manufacturers in order to hit the stringent emission targets set out by governmental bodies. AdBlue is sometimes referred to as DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid).

ADBLUE REMOVAL
Some manufacturers use additives to reduce the ignition point of the soot particles by secreting small amounts of fluid into the fuel tank which mixes with the fuel. The additive is a service item and is designed to require refilling every 75,000 miles approximately. Ignoring the warning for low additive will mean the DPF will not regenerate properly and will almost certainly require a new DPF. Certain models of vehicles however require the DPF to be changed with the additive top up which makes for expensive servicing bills.

Our AdBlue delete service will electronically disable the AdBlue system along with removing the associated dashboard lights and warning messages. Disabling the AdBlue system is normally completed by reprogramming the engine management system.

Our AdBlue delete service is strictly sold as an off-road use only product, driving your vehicle on the road with an AdBlue delete could result in prosecution. Our HGV and Agricultural AdBlue service is to be used only for vehicles which are to be exported outside of the European Union. It is your responsibility to declare your modification to the relevant authorities.

BMW DME DDE ECU Cloning ISN VIN and Coding from 2006 to current year

This cloning service will read all of original DME / ECU data and transfer VIN, immobilizer ISN, software and coding (including injector coding if applicable) to the replacement DME / ECU. The replacement DME / ECU will be identical to original after end of procedure. We do not use soldering or removal of eprom chips off the board during cloning procedure. So you can be assured that the replacement DME will not be damaged physically during programming. After receiving the DME back, it should plug into the car and start right up as if it were original with original keys.

For this cloning service, you will have to send in the original and replacement DME (make sure part numbers match or are compatible). Replacement DME/ECU can be sourced for fairly cheap usually on eBay.

Please make sure that your original ECU has communication with diagnostic tool. Any cheap scan tool or local garage can do diagnostic scan with their tool.

On some BMWs if communications is not possible we might need additional modules or key to make it work and of course additional charge.
