WINNER 🏆 House Alterations & Additions $1.2 - $1.4 million

A huge moment for us here at Hoven Homes, winning our category in the Master Builders Association Excellence in Housing Awards for our North Bondi Project! 🥇✨

This was a true team effort! We are beyond grateful to our amazing clients for trusting us to bring their vision to life, and to the talented Architects for such a stunning design. A huge thankyou also to our hardworking subcontractors and of course our own Hoven Homes crew, all of whom poured skill and dedication into every single detail 👏

Thankyou to for putting on a truly fabulous evening of celebrations 🍾 Awards like this remind us why we love what we do! Our passion is building beautiful, high quality homes that stand the test of time and will be enjoyed for generations. Thank you to everyone who played a part in making this project such a success. These skylights are one of our favourite features of our Bondi Project! ✨ We love how they elevate and energise this beautiful WFH space, as well as flood light into the dining area. What do you think?

These series of skylights brings in an abundance of natural light into the double height atrium. This light bounces over the sculptural statement staircase and into the dining and living areas below, effortlessly connecting both zones. Also pictured is the custom curved handrail detail crafted on site by our skilled carpenters 🤌

We are proud to announce that we’re finalists in the for our Bondi project! 🙌

Starting with a two bedroom semi, we stripped it right back to its bare bones and added a whole new level. Curved walls, bespoke curved handrails, and timber batten details paired with white balustrading create the ultimate coastal vibe.

We loved bringing this concept to life, totally transforming this Bondi Beach home into a luxe, four bedroom beauty!

One of our favourite features includes the oversized skylights which flood natural light into the stairwell and living areas as seen here ☀️

How beautiful is the kitchen of our Bondi project? 🧡 The coastal colour palette, natural textures and brushed brass details work in quiet harmony. Natural light streams in through the oversized bifold doors, creating a calm ambience

The island benchtop serves as the centrepiece, featuring an enormous 400mm cantilevered overhang in stunning super white dolomite marble 😍 Timber dowel detailing echoes the curved wall that surrounds the dining area, creating a cohesive look

NORTH BONDI || Bathed in natural light and framed by lush greenery, this will be the ultimate beachside home ✨

Originally a two bedroom single story semi, we are demolishing everything except the front bedroom. This is sure to be an exciting project as we totally reimagine the ground floor, and create an abundance of space by adding an entirely new first floor.
