• Office time: Australian Standard Time from 9 am to 5 pm
• Responsibilities:
i. Have knowledge about the Town Planning and talk to town planner, surveyor, engineers, ecologists, storm water engineers, structural engineers
ii. Liaise with all council and Australian Govt bodies.
iii. Determining construction methods, materials and quality standards and interpreting specifications, drawings, plans, and procedures.
iv. Talk to internal employees of BLUE SKY AND GREEN LIFE TEAM.
v. Ensure quality of construction work & monitoring of project activities.
vi. Analyzing structural systems for both static and dynamic loads.
vii. Co-ordinate between project site & Management for smooth decision making process.
viii. Preparing Material requirements schedule and submission to management for timely procurement.
ix. Monitoring materials consumption, stock and delivery status.
x. Preparing project documentation & file management
xi. Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists
xii. Seeking new work by marketing and giving presentations
xiii. To perform any relevant job assigned by the Management.
• Educational Requirements: Minimum Bachelors in Civil Engineering / Urban Planning, Students from English medium background are encouraged to apply
• Experience Requirements:
i. Fluency in English is a must (Both speaking and writing)
ii. A good score in IELTS will get high preference.
iii. Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point
iv. Confident communicator with experience managing client expectations.
v. A real passion for delivering the highest quality of works.
vi. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
vii. Shows self-interest toward given tasks and can work under pressure.
viii. To have a positive attitude and outlook.
