With the new year came a new start for the Aliyas family.
Majesty homes commenced construction on their new home.
The clients brief for this home was one word, “open and spacious". The home located in northcrest is sure to turn heads. With four oversized bedrooms each boasting their very own ensuites Double stacked sliding doors in the garage connect you to the huge living room which flows through to the equally huge verandah, making this space feel like you are at a concert hall and to compliment this the family will definitely need to arrange a party so they can all come together.
One look at the fully functional butlers kitchen /pantry which is flawlessly layed out and equipped can serve as the main kitchen when needed.
Waterfall edges compliment the massive island bench. The galley style kitchen is a head turner on it’s own right.
The media room is the perfect hideaway from all the busy areas of the home, to relax and unwind whilst watching a movie.

The new year greeted the Tejo family and the Dipin family with a wonderful surprise.
Majesty Homes handed over the keys to two brand new custom designed homes.
Both the Tejo family and the Dipin family could not have asked for a brighter start to the new year.
Working together with the clients from the initial design concept to capture their vision and design briefs, through to the interior design phase where customised selections from colours , internal plumbing fixtures, appliances, electrical fittings, joinery, personal designed feature dropped ceilings and special featured rendered walls gave the clients the opportunity to let their desires run free.
The end result exceeded the expectations of both the builder and the clients.
Efficient designs where high function areas flow through to large verandahs designed to cater for any sized social gathering.. oversized master bedrooms with WIR’s and double ensuites can have you retreat for days without feeling locked up inside....
A dream start for 2021.

Lot 2023 is truly something different. The clients requested large open plan living spaces for the interactive areas.
As you enter this marvellous home feature rendered walls and the generous family room greet you. Moving forward the large open plan living areas boasting all the features one would expect from such a grand home.
Smeg appliances, stone bench tops, and endless storage with a massive pantry to suit such a home.
The open plan living area opens up to a huge outdoor veranda big enough to host the largest of family gatherings.
Four oversized bedrooms, 2 complete with their own ensuites, nothing has been spared with quality designer fixtures and fittings make this home stand out and far from the normal.
Continuing with the oversized theme the double garage is large enough to fit 2 oversized vehicles with ease.
Santa definitely left all his gifts at Lot 2023 this year.
