This time last week we took out the FNQ Housing & Construction Award for Home Renovation Project for our work at the Austin Residence.
This is a true honour for our business and our clients Natalie and Wayne. The design of the renovation was brought to us by them, and we had the challenge of bringing their vision to life. To get recognition for it, is extremely fulfilling.

This award would not be possible without our employees and the other local contractors in the area who had a big contribution to this result including:

Roofing Upgrade in Bartle Frere

If these shed walls could talk, I’m sure they would say a lot of Iced Cold VB’s were consumed under this roof in its time. Built in 1956, this roof is now brought up to current roofing tie down standards, with a fresh new Cottage Green Roof.
Is that coincidence that roof is the same colour as the VB can 😆?

Goondi Mill Reserve

Have a look at this slick Surfmist aluminium balustrade system we installed for one of our regular Clients, which we brought up to current NCC Standards. (National Construction Code)

We refurbished this back landing and staircase last week.
This is just a snippet of what we have done to this property in the last 18months.
Watch this space as next month we will be showcasing what has been completed on this beauty of a home. 🙂🌾

Don’t let this weight rig fool you, there was more involved than meets the eye with this little project.
Set up F17 Hardwood noggins in correct spacing below the floor frame to support the weights that will be getting loaded on this rig.
