From the curved island and fluted detailing to the integrated rangehood and considered lighting, every detail has a purpose — bringing together form, function and craftsmanship in a space made for everyday living.

Good design is in the details.

This ensuite was all about creating a softer, more considered space — from the curved timber vanity through to the tiled wall wrapping around the bath and the hand-finished microcement feature wall adding texture and warmth to the space.

But the finished details are only half the story.

Delivering the space meant carefully bringing together every element of the build — from framing and services through to waterproofing, custom joinery, finishes and final fit-off.

It’s this combination of thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship and careful project management that we want every Silk project to be built around.

A little about the person behind Silk.

I’m Solomon, the founder of Silk Property Group. I’m a qualified carpenter with more than a decade of experience across residential construction and renovations.

Today, Silk specialises in Bathrooms, Kitchens and Laundries across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens and the Hunter Valley.

For me, a great renovation is about more than how the finished space looks. It’s about thoughtful design, quality workmanship and getting the details right — creating spaces that not only look good, but work beautifully and are built to last.
