This beautiful new home will soon be enjoyed by Damien and his partner Kellie, who were incredibly excited to move into their dream home.

Concrete-look porcelain tiles flow throughout the main traffic areas, featuring soft veining and a neutral palette for a seamless and modern finish. The bedrooms, study and lounge are finished with luxurious super-soft textured carpet.

The laundry, ensuite, main bathroom and powder room continue the cohesive design with 𝗚𝘂𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗹 plumbing fixtures and the same concrete-look porcelain tiles. All complemented with 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗔𝗺𝗯𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗿 benchtops, and 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗲 𝗢𝗮𝗸 cabinetry.

In September, we had the absolute pleasure of handing over this stunning home to the lovely Adam & Jasmine — a true credit to them both for their impeccable selection of colours and styling.

Upon entry, the welcoming foyer opens into a spacious open-plan kitchen, living and dining area — the true heart of the home. To the right, three bedrooms, a main bathroom and WC provide a private family wing. To the left, an office, media room, double garage, laundry, additional powder room, and a luxurious master suite await — complete with a generous walk-in robe and ensuite.

Externally, the home is beautifully finished in BGC Nuline cladding in “Surf Mist”, complemented by “Woodland Grey” to the roof, fascia, gutters, windows, panel lift door and posts — a striking yet timeless contrast.

Vanities throughout maintain cohesion with white laminated benchtops, “Urban Oak” cabinetry, white countertop basins and matt brushed nickel tapware. The Brume range satin and décor rustic handmade-look ceramic tiles complete the bathrooms with texture and charm.

Drawing inspiration from a previous build but with a focus on downsizing, their new 337m² home combines functionality with luxury in every corner.

Inside, the layout features a grand master suite with walk-in robe and ensuite, two additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom and powder room, a spacious living area flowing from the 𝕕𝕖𝕤𝕚𝕘𝕟𝕖𝕣 𝕜𝕚𝕥𝕔𝕙𝕖𝕟 and pantry, plus a generous outdoor entertaining area and a workshop off the garage.

The exterior makes an 𝕚𝕞𝕞𝕖𝕕𝕚𝕒𝕥𝕖 𝕚𝕞𝕡𝕣𝕖𝕤𝕤𝕚𝕠𝕟 — a refined mix of “Driftwood Grey” brick, tinted acrylic render, and “Axon” cladding, complemented by a Shale Grey roofline, white window frames, and a sleek salt-and-pepper exposed aggregate driveway.

Stepping inside, the timeless black-and-white palette creates a sophisticated contemporary feel, softened by warm timber accents on the entry door, “Coastal Spotted Gum” vinyl flooring, and fireplace shelving. The alfresco area, 𝕡𝕖𝕣𝕗𝕖𝕔𝕥 𝕗𝕠𝕣 𝕖𝕟𝕥𝕖𝕣𝕥𝕒𝕚𝕟𝕚𝕟𝕘 all year round, includes a timber floor, ceiling fan, and its own fireplace. The outdoor kitchen continues the use of “Wild Earth” granite with “Cinder Matt” cabinetry, offering space for a pizza oven, Weber BBQ, sink, and fridge.

“Wild Earth” granite also continues through the laundry and powder room, paired with 𝕋𝕒𝕤𝕞𝕒𝕟𝕚𝕒𝕟 𝕆𝕒𝕜 Woodmatt cabinetry and “Midnight” splash backs — a beautiful balance of tone and texture.

The same design elements carry through to the main bathroom and ensuite, where 𝕝𝕦𝕩𝕦𝕣𝕚𝕠𝕦𝕤 𝕤𝕥𝕠𝕟𝕖 benchtops in YDL “Angel Falls”, brushed nickel fittings, and sleek tiles tie everything together.

Lighting has been kept understated yet elegant, with downlights throughout and 𝕗𝕖𝕒𝕥𝕦𝕣𝕖 𝕓𝕦𝕝𝕜𝕙𝕖𝕒𝕕𝕤 highlighting key spaces such as the kitchen island and fireplace.
