What an incredible morning! On Saturday, Sunshine Coast Civil was proud to be the major sponsor of ‘Hang Ya Boss Out to Dry’, a charity event supporting the amazing team at Mingary Care – who provide fast, compassionate care to those at end of life, relying entirely on donations to do so 💛

Six local bosses were sent up in scissor lifts and couldn’t come back down until they’d each raised $5,000

Our boss Liam smashed his goal so early he upped the ante to $10K… and then kept going, finishing at an incredible $12,641. Safe to say, we let him back down. 😄

Together, the event raised $44,301 for Mingary Care. 🙌

Thank you to everyone who donated, joined us for coffee and a snag, and made the morning such a special one. It’s a privilege to support a cause that means so much to our community.

WE'RE HANGING OUR BOSS OUT TO DRY!!!

On Saturday 21st March we're 'hanging Liam out to dry' to raise much needed funds for local charity Mingary Care.

Mingary Care is a local charity that provides free, short-term practical help for people who are dying — and the people around them. When support isn’t available, affordable, or fast enough, they step in with help that’s quick, flexible, and grounded in real life.

On the day Liam will be hoisted into the sky and we need to raise $5000 before we will let him down.

As 2025 draws to a close, we want to take a moment to thank all our incredible clients, subcontractors, and team members for a fantastic year. Your support and dedication have helped make this year a great success!

We’ll be taking a well-deserved break from the 20th December to recharge and spend time with family and friends. We’ll be back, ready to kick off a brand-new year, on 5th January 2026

Who doesn’t love a day at the races, especially when it’s for a great cause!? 🐎🌊

Sunshine Coast Civil was proud to support the Kawana Surf Club Race Day, the club’s major annual fundraiser.

This event is a true Sunshine Coast highlight, bringing together local businesses, community members, and surf lifesaving supporters to raise vital funds that help keep our beaches safe and our lifesavers equipped.

A huge thank you to Kawana Surf Life Saving Club for hosting such a fantastic day and for the tireless work they do protecting our coastline year-round. Giving back to the community that supports us is at the heart of SCC’s values.
