Working in domestic roof space electrical isolation Law MEANS one has to comply with the "working in roof space regulation" since it passed and became law on 14-05-2018!
Please do not get caught and all involved stay healthy & safe!
The inspectors of WORK SAFE are out in force!
*Big fines are issued by Work Safe inspectors on people and companies caught not complying fully with the regulatory law.
This includes the SWMS/JSA documents!
The minimum Level 1 fine of $450.000,00
add $5000,00 for every employee involved..This will hurt the back pockets severely!

**Call us on 0409820440 to inquire to take the problem away.
** Or visit our website I below

We take on the responsibility for the Isolation requirement
**We also will assist in filling in the required paperwork for other potential hazards and how to eliminate these so work can be done in a safe way!
** Home owners and Tenants can also also be liable if they are the ones organizing the work!
**So are Property managers, Body Corporate! etc.etc.
ANYBODY who is in charge of the property at that time the work is conducted is responsible for complete adherence to the WA regulation and laws! For more facts and solutions visit--> www.roofspaceisolationsperth.com.au.

It is clear that a few Electrical Contractors who commented here are not fully conversant with all the regulations, acts and rules.
They should be and that in itself is a concern. What else do they not understand? The difference between a Electrical Contractor Licence and a Electrical Workers Licence is the fact that the EC is responsible for the work done by altering adding, repairing etc.and is the only one who can and has to submit the compulsory Improvement Notice if any alteration, Improvement add on, repair has taken place! Since I do not do any of that, There is NO need for me to have a Electrical Contractors Licence! This is how the regulation has been worked out and passed. A Licenced Electrical Worker (EW) can do all the electrical work for a EC, normally the EC employs the EW so he makes a profit out of the work performed by the EW ,And the Electrical Contractor takes full responsibility for the work done which is fair and reasonable.
To perform the isolation I do NOT Need to put in an Improvement notice as there has not been any improvement or alteration done to the Electrical system. By Isolating it!
We do not want to do any other electrical work other than the isolation's as we want to be very flexible and be able to be at the isolation job asap.
A Domestic home without Electrical power is not desirable.
Hope this makes more sense.
My Electrical number is EW109606 and my ABN 5239560029
Both are on my website.
(I do not even have to have an Electrical WA workers License according to the Working for rewards in Domestic roof space Legislation!)
