Our customer required a highly efficient electric compressor system with diesel redundancy to ensure uninterrupted compressed air for critical site operations. We responded with a tailored solution featuring Ingersoll Rand rotary screw compressors as the primary duty units, backed by our ultra-quiet and reliable Airman diesel compressors equipped with auto-start control systems. To meet stringent air quality requirements, we also included desiccant dryers and advanced filtration packs to ensure clean, dry air across the entire operation.

CAPS continues to deliver power for clients, where and when it is needed.
Unlike many diesel generator installations that are either at ground level or in basement locations, the CAPS Brisbane team has recently supplied and installed a 700kVA diesel generator on Level 15 of a new building.
The pre-packaged Perkins-powered CAPS Diesel Generator has been delivered together with mission critical bulk fuel storage system, all configured to meet specific weight and footprint requirements.
The experienced CAPS team have also utilised our in-house capabilities to configure a resistive automatic load bank for regular product testing, together with providing load management to support the entire building.
This is another example of CAPS’ long-term investment in skills, technology and key partnerships that directly assists our clients through the delivery of turn-key solutions - from design to onsite commissioning and backed with ongoing support.
