Choosing a builder and contract approach are decisions that you really need to take a logical view on. With the inner west price squeeze, when it comes to adding more space and value to your already expensive mortgage; its easy to get caught in the "go for cheap" mentality.

Replacing the glass in this old federation beauty with some thicker 8mm soundproof laminated was such a good investment. How gorgeous is this?!? And the room on a busier inner west street is now so much more inviting...
